Ingredient Vetting
We carefully review our labels and source from trusted suppliers who provide certified gluten free products. While we are diligent, we are always transparent about what is in each item and are happy to share ingredient lists to best serve your needs.
Which products are Oat-Free?
The items on the menu that are oat free are the Cinnamon Roll, Kouign Amann, Banana Bread and Devil's Food Cupcake.
Do your products have flax seeds/seeds in general?
Flax meal (ground flax seeds), mustard seeds, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds are used. No nut products.
What are the primary ingredients you use in your baked goods?
Certified gluten-free oat flour (Bob's Red Mill), cornstarch, cane sugar and coconut. We also use mustard in our Savory Danish and Pastrami Beet Bagel.
Which allergies do you avoid in products?
We avoid the top 9 allergens, which include: milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, soy, fish, shellfish, and sesame. We currently avoid animal products in our baked goods.

Do you use Coconut in your menu items?
Yes, a majority of our menu items contain coconut.
Do you use Mustard?
We use mustard in our Savory Danish and Pastrami Beet Bagel.
Do you use Corn or Legumes?
We use 'cornstarch' in a majority of our menu items. Our products with Violife Cream Cheese contain lentils. Our products with JUST Egg contain mung beans.
Do you make cakes for birthdays?
Not yet, but we will offer this soon!
Do you serve matcha?
Yes, we serve Rocky's Matcha.
Do you have gift cards?
Yes, we offer e-gift cards. They are available for purchase on our website!

Do you do delivery/pickup?
Yes, we do local delivery and pickup through Door Dash. Shipping is not offered at this time.
