Ingredient Vetting
We carefully review our labels and source from trusted suppliers who provide certified gluten free products. While we are diligent, we are always transparent about what is in each item and are happy to share ingredient lists to best serve your needs.
Which products are Oat-Free?
The only items on the menu that are oat free are the Banana Bread and Devil's Food Cupcake.
Does your products have flax seeds/seeds in general?
Flax meal (ground flax seeds) is used, no nut products.
What are the primary ingredients you use in your baked goods?
Certified gluten-free oat flour (Bob's Red Mill), cornstarch, cane sugar. We also use mustard in our savory danish and coconut in some of menu items as well.
Which allergies do you avoid in products?
We avoid the top 9 allergens, which include: milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, soy, fish, shellfish, and sesame. We avoid all animal products in our baked goods.

Which milks do you serve?
Oat Milk, and we serve Whole Milk for those without a dairy allergy. We keep the Whole Milk separate from our kitchen with its own dedicated steamer, so there is NO cross contamination.
What do you use instead of Peanut Butter for the PB&J?
It's made with Sunflower Butter.

Do you use Coconut in your menu items?
A majority of our menu items contain Coconut.
Do you use Mustard?
We use mustard in our 'Savory Danish'
Do you use Corn or Legumes?
We use 'Cornstarch' in a majority of our menu items. We use legume only for the Biscuit Egg & Cheese.
Do you make cakes for birthdays?
Not yet, but we will offer this soon!
Do you serve matcha?
Yes, we serve Rocky's Matcha.
